Te Au o Te Moana Podcast Series

Series of interviews about Challenge research that has been influenced and underpinned by Te Ao Māori (June 2024)

A significant and important legacy established within the Challenge is the creation of space for iwi, hapū and Māori-led research that reclaims, revitalises and restores our connection to the moana, realising the distinctive potential of Indigenous knowledge.

There is growing domestic and international recognition and interest in Indigenous approaches to understanding and connecting to our marine environments. This podcast series provides an opportunity to share in the insights and experiences of some of our iwi, hapū and Māori researchers.
